3. Delivery
Readings are delivered via audio recording through WhatsApp (or the method discussed at booking). Readings will be sent within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the intuitive, personalised, and digital nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds will be given once the reading has been completed and delivered. If there is an issue with the technical quality of your recording, please get in touch to resolve the matter fairly.
