OZMORA THE WICKED LAND OF OZ
Is my shadow-stitched reimagining of Oz: a world cracked open by storms, threaded with old magic, and far darker than the one people think they remember. Inspired in spirit by Return to Oz yet entirely its own creature, this story drags readers back into a realm where the woods whisper, the dead rise beautifully embalmed, and the land itself hungers for what it once lost.
This version of Oz isn’t emerald and innocence.
It is black-glass lakes that swallow storms, Rootbed forests that trap memories, witches who refuse to stay buried, and relics that breathe like living things. Familiar figures return, reshaped through shadow and sorrow, taking on gothic edges that reveal what Oz might look like when the fairytale rots and the truth claws its way out.
This novel stands completely alone. It is the earliest seed of the world I later built… a world that grew too vast, too haunted, and too full of branching destinies to be contained in a single volume. Ozmora was my first descent into this version of Oz: a place where storms act with intent, where the Powder of Life whispers its own commands, and where the witches of the First War never truly disappeared.
This is not a children’s book.
It is a dark fantasy for readers who enjoy the uncanny, the cinematic, and the mythic, where every step feels like a curse awakening.

THE BACKGROUND STORY BLURB

Oz is dead. But something inside it has learned to breathe again. When Gale is swallowed by a violent storm and hurled into a world she hoped never to see twice, she finds Oz nothing like the stories and nothing like the nightmare she remembers. The skies bleed red. The roads whisper her name. And the Wicked are no longer waiting in shadows. They are walking. What remains of the realm is ruled by a name spoken in fear and awe. Ozmora. A witch born from forbidden magic who reigns over the ruins with beauty carved from cruelty. Gale never wanted to be a hero. She wanted her life, her memories, her freedom. But Oz remembers her. The girl who once tore its destiny apart. And it will not let her go. Every creature seems drawn to her. Every witch wants her dead or captured. Every path leads her deeper into a truth she was never meant to uncover. To survive this corrupted kingdom, Gale must confront the legacy she left behind, the magic that clings to her blood, and the terrifying possibility that she was never meant to leave Oz in the first place. Because in this land, the Wicked do not fall. They rise. And Ozmora is waiting.

RETURN TO THE WICKED LAND OF OZ
Is a standalone reimagining with a completely new storyline, separate from my first Oz tale. In this version, Dorothy is no longer the young girl we once knew but a grown woman in Kansas, raising three children and trying to live an ordinary life. Ever since the day she struck her head as a child, something inside her has felt altered, as if a hidden thread of her past refused to let go.
When the wicked witch Drazell tears through the veil and steals Dorothy’s children back into Oz, the life Dorothy built begins to unravel. She must return to the place she hoped was only a dream. This world is darker now, stranger, threaded with danger. Here you will find the Ruby Brick Road, the Rainbow Slippers, the Ruby Red Key, beloved figures from Return to Oz, and new faces drawn from the earliest storybook legends. These versions carry a colder edge, a haunting reimagining of characters you thought you knew.
At over 600 pages, this is my longest and most expansive Oz novel to date. As always with my Oz works, this story is not intended for children. Parental guidance is strongly advised.

THIS BOOK WAS CREATED FROM AN OVERFLOW FROM MY FIRST OZ BOOK WHERE I HAD SO MANY GREAT IDEAS AND STORY LINES THAT I COULDN'T USE THEM ALL. SO IT BIRTHED ANOTHER
VERSION THAT WAS HUGE.
THE BACKGROUND STORY BLURB

Dorothy Gale has returned to Oz, but it is no longer the world she knew. The Yellow Brick Road has withered beneath a frozen curse. Entire kingdoms lie in shadow. A stolen throne rules a city drained of colour. And somewhere in this fractured land, Dorothy’s children have vanished into a pocket of magic that should never have existed. Thus begins the reveal of the ruby brick road. Armed with the Rainbow Slippers, a Unicorn Wand and a band of brave, battle-scatty friends, Dorothy must cross cursed bridges, confront shadow beasts, bargain with ancient creatures and challenge a king made of living darkness. Every step pulls her deeper into a world that remembers her name, but not the rules it once obeyed. As Oz trembles between life and ruin, Dorothy faces the hardest choice of her life. Heal the land. Restore its magic. And make the final wish that will break every realm wide open. A dark, emotional reimagining of Oz with new kingdoms, new horrors and a multiverse twist, The Wicked Return to Oz is a cinematic fantasy tale of courage, sacrifice and the power of coming home, no matter the path it takes to get there.

The Adventures of Dorothy and the Second Twister
CHILDREN'S COLLECTION & YOUNG ADULTS
Marks the beginning of a brand-new Oz saga: an expanded, enchanting universe inspired by the spirit of Baum’s classic world yet entirely its own. This is Book One in the author’s official Oz Collection, written for ages 12 and up and crafted to be read aloud as a warm, magical bedtime story that adults can enjoy just as deeply as children.
When a second great storm tears across the Kansas prairie, young Dorothy and her loyal companion Toto are swept once again into a world far beyond anything she has ever known. But this is not the Oz of familiar tales. This is a softer, brighter, more wondrous land where blue grass shimmers like silk, birds sing in colours that shouldn't exist, and kindness is woven into the very air.
Here Dorothy discovers new friends who carry quiet longings of their own: a thoughtful Scarecrow seeking understanding, a gentle Tin Man searching for the feeling of a heart, and a timid Lion who longs to find the courage he hopes is hidden inside. Together they walk the yellow brick road through forests of singing trees, fields of drowsy poppies, and into the glittering heart of the Emerald City, where truth, bravery, and friendship shine brighter than magic itself.
